Writing

so we had to write about what if you were being annoying to your parents and all of a sudden they stopped and just said GET OUT! What would you do? so here's mine.


 “Whoa, calm down” You can walk yourself home your annoying me with your moaning” I didn't move “haha funny dad” “I said, get the hell out of the car!!” “I grab my phone and rip open the door FINE I WILL''and slam the door he drives off without me. I stay there for a bit he wouldn't leave me here would he? It's night time for goodness sake I start walking and start talking to myself. There could be a crazy person that tries to kidnap me. It's been 2 mins OMG he was serious so i keep walking and it's getting darker and i start hearing noise “it's probably nothing right?” i grab my phone and turn on the light not looking at the battery and walk for another 2 mins then it turns off “ don't tell me it went flat please don't tell me it went flat ITS FLAT NOOO!!!!” i'm almost home and hear another noise behind me “hello '' I hear someone say RUUUUN. So i start running my cousins house is coming up i run faster to there house it looks like no one is home i go inside “HELLO is someone anyone here” “BOOOOO'' all my family is in front of me i don't know whats going on i turn around and see my cousins coming inside “WTH is going on “it's a prank your cousins were behind you making the noise i see my dad “wait so you didn't really want to kick me out of the car” “no it was just a prank” “AWWW wow best family ever.

So this week we have to do creative writing what we had to write about was if your house was on fire what 3 things would you grab and why?

I would grab a bag of clothes or just grab all my clothes and throw them out the window,my phone and photos.

Firstly i would grab clothes because i wouldn't want to stay in the same clothes for a long time.

Secondly my phone because it has some important items on it that i wouldn't want to lose. I would want to make sure that I can call family and friends that live close to see if they are alright or need help and other people.

Lastly photos because they are like me memories that can not be replaced.

Writing Self-Assessment

WALT: Self-assess my writing SC: I will use the writing rubrics to help me. I will asses my writing against 7 elements.

 Ideas:5Structure & Language:4 - I have all of the structure and one part may be well developed. Organisation: 6 - My ideas are organised into basic paragraphs. I can use language features that link.
 ideas. Vocab: 5 - i choose words and phrases to enhance meaning and/or mood most of the time. Sentence: 5- i can write a variety of sentences that are mostly grammatically correct.
 Punctuation: 5 - I can use correct sentence punctuation (capital letters, full stops,!,?)
spelling: 4 - I spell most Essential List words correctly.4

 I have given myself an overall score of 34 which is equal to a rubric score of 4a which is okay for term 1. I think I am tracking well for the start of the year. I will definitely be writing at my curriculum age by the end of the year.

 I learnt that you need 4 $50,$1 & also $2 coins to have the same length as a ten cent coin trail.But you need 5 $20 cent coins to make the same length.
